- Proliferate & develop tea nurseries, tea gardens/estates and other herbal plus spices gardens around appropriate ecological highlands & mountains followed by processing or factory establishments.

- Acquire & use the local private or public barren, open and potential land through lease contract for durable period (50-100 years) or buy private land.
- Manage national & International financial grants, loans, technical support, machinery or equipment aid as neaded or facilitated.
- Guarantee organic certification for products quality through globally accepted mechanism.
- Develop & enhance hybrids on livestocks, dairy, organic potato, indigenous rhizomes and other agri-varieties.
